Senior Member / DrySail Member privileges include:
- Full use of club facilities.
- Participate in all club activities and social events.
- Voting right at Annual or Special Membership Meetings.
- Entitled to hold office.
- Priority dock allocation consideration. (applies to Senior members only)
- Spouse and children under 18 years old have full use of the Club’s facilities.
- Share in any distribution of Club assets.
Requirements:
- Sailboats must be under 45’ LOA and Powerboats must be under 38’ LOA. (applies to Senior members only)
- Must be 18 years old.
- 30 work hours per year.
- Senior and DrySail members are required to pay an initiation fee.
New members under age 40 save 50% on fees.
Under age 40? Enjoy full privileges for half the price.

The initiation fee of $8,100.00 may be paid over a three-year period in monthly installments of $272.05. This amount includes HST and is calculated at an interest rate of 7%. If the payment plan is selected, a total of $1,571.13 (including HST) is due at the time of application.

summer dock fees excluding HST. Haul-out, launch, and winter storage charges are calculated based by LOA x Beam.
