Hosted by our very own Irene McNeill, an International Sailing Federation international race officer, the first Canadian woman to earn this prestigious designation!
This designation allows her to referee major sail competitions, and is only one of a handful of Canadians to earn the status.
Pat McRae, Amy McNeill and Thea Cheeseman will all share their experiences!
